The Zambian Food Banking Network
Families across Zambia go hungry while good food goes to waste. Food banking connects the two.
We unite food banks in every province to recover surplus food and deliver it, safely and with dignity, to the people who need it most.
Who we are
A national network built on solidarity, professionalism and local leadership.
The Zambian Food Banking Network brings together independent food banks that share one goal: no safe, nutritious food should be wasted while people in our communities go hungry.
We set common standards, build capacity and connect members with food donors, funders and government, so each food bank can do more for the people it serves.
