If you or your family are struggling to get enough food, our member food banks and their partners may be able to help.

Find your nearest member
Our member food banks work through local partners such as schools, clinics and community groups.

Contact them or a local partner
Ask about distribution days and any referral that may be needed. There is no charge for food assistance.

Collect your food
Bring your NRC or other identification if you have it. Food is provided with respect and confidentiality.

In an emergency, contact local authorities or the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit. Organisations that want to receive food for the people they serve can apply to join the network.
